Working With You

No Deposits
At ARC Kitchens & Bathrooms, we do not require a deposit of any kind before the work begins. We do this because we have so much faith in the quality of our work that we are willing to put our money precisely where our mouths are.
We will only ask for payment when the project is completed. As we trust our abilities for renovation and redesigning bathrooms, we are happy to deliver a no-risk and no-obligation process.
No Subcontractors
We understand that luxury bathrooms require the best quality workers to complete the job to the high standards you expect of high-end developments. Because of this, ARC Kitchens & Bathrooms will only use our in-house team to get the job done. We do not rely on outside help or subcontractors to complete projects. Instead, your bathroom will only be worked on by staff employed by ARC.
Besides our highly trained bathroom installers, we also employ plumbers, builders, tilers and electricians. This ensures that every aspect of your bathroom redesign is completed to the highest standards and means we alone are wholly responsible for the satisfying completion of the project.
FAQ's
We offer a No Up Front Deposit policy on all our installations. At ARC we believe that you will be so happy with our work you will be glad to pay us on completion – so we put our money where our mouth is.
ARC employs not only bathroom installers, but plumbers, builders, tilers and electricians from our own in-house team of professionals. We do not use sub-contractors; therefore we are wholly responsible for your project from start to finish.
This depends on the room but usually between one & two working weeks to complete the bathroom installation.
The installation carries a twelve month warranty, after the initial twelve months the products move to the manufacturer warranty which differ depending on product and manufacturer. E.g. Grohe is 5 years, Vitra is 5 years etc etc
The water will be turned off at different intervals during the course of the installation but you are never left overnight without running water or a toilet.
The quotation that is signed is the price you will pay for the bathroom unless the customer adds extra work to the project.
The signed quote covers any minor repairs that maybe required, ARC will not charge for any additional work unless there is an underlying issue that could not possibly have been detected during survey.
That is customers choice, we have clients that like to be present but we also have clients who prefer to give us a key and go on holiday.
Our fitters generally work 8am-4-30pm Monday to Friday
